Call recording is available in our most advanced packages. In the package settings you can turn it on/off.
If you turn recording on, to listen to the recordings follow these steps:
Step 1: Log into your account
Step 2: In 'My Numbers' find the number where you activated recording and click on the reports icon.
Step 3: Click on 'Show' next to recordings. You can download and listen to your recordings.
Recordings are kept on your account for only 3 months. If you want to keep them longer, you can download and save them.
Please note that calls recording may not be allowed in some countries. Always check the local laws. In The Netherlands, both the caller and the agent must be informed that calls are being recorded. This information can be added in your welcome message.
