How can I set and update my features package settings?

After you place a new phone number and package order, the system will prompt you to setup the settings of your features package. This will bring you straight to your account and the specific packages settings of the number you ordered.
You can update your phone numbers features packages settings whenever you want as many times you want, free of charge. Simply follow these steps:
Setp 1: Log into your account.
Step 2: Navigate on the left side menu to ‘My Numbers’.
Step 3: Click the ‘Settings’ icon on the number which you wish to change the settings.

Step 4: After you have performed the changes, click apply. From this moment on, all changes are set.
Note: in case you have a custom (tailor-made) package, If you click on the settings icon, it will link to the MCIN platform where you can build your own flow. The login details you have received with your order confirmation.
When you login to MCIN you will see the topic "Help" here you will find all the support information including how to change the settings.
