How can I reset my custom / tailor-made package account password?

For resetting the password for the account you have received with ordering the package, go to the the Login section of the webportal, and click on "forgot password" follow the requierd steps, after you have reset your password for the correct account, your password for MCIN will be rest aswell.
For additional added users in MCIN you will have to change it in MCIN go to the MCIN platform and navigate top right to "Change Password".
