What is the feature whisper and how can I use it?

Whisper is a feature that is available in our most advanced package. This feature provides a message that you have pre-defined to your agents before the caller gets connected. For example, if your agents are taking calls in English and French language and the caller is able to choose in your menu in which language to proceed, you can inform the agent the language selection of the caller.
