How many concurrent/simultaneous calls are allowed on my phone number and can I set and update these amounts depending on my agents availability?

By default all our numbers are available with unlimited concurrent/simultaneous calls. If not the case, you will see the information in the 3rd and last step of our order process under number conditions.
In our middle and most advanced package, under 'settings when open', you can set and update the amount of concurrent calls.
