If you simply want to forward all incoming calls to another number without any additional functionalities, our most basic free package will suit you perfectly. If you like to add some intelligent call routing features such as welcome message, voicemail and define your company open and close times, the middle package is the best and to have call center level functionalities and multiple agents, you will require our most advanced package.
Should one of our 3 standard packages not meet your needs, you can build custom flows in our core call routing platform MCIN. This is a full suite of call routing features where you can build, or ask us an offer to do it for you, everything you need.
From your account, you can also access our Studio Voice, Fax2Email and ConferenceDirect packages.
We offer free up and downgrade of packages, so if you feel you are missing a certain feature you can always switch package.
