Whenever the ‘owner’ of the services changes, the contracts for those services should be transferred. This can be the case when:
- There is a new owner of the company
- The CoC registration changed
- The VAT number changed
- The legal status of the company changed
- There has been a merger
- The services contracted with are transferred to a different company
To transfer the services and contract
Step 1: The new contracting party creates a customer account (including payment authorization).
Step 2: Email us to receive the ‘Assumption of Contract’ and re-send it back to us filled in.
Step 3: You will be notified when the services are available in the account of the new contracting party.
A contract handover can only be processed on the 1st of the next month and has to be submitted at least 6 working days in advance.
The General Terms and Conditions as available on the website will also apply to the new company.
