Do I need to change my current phones or PBX?

No, you don’t have to change anything. The number and packages you ordered from our shop will work independently from your phones and PBX.

We will route incoming calls to the destinations you have defined. These destinations can be any phone number, such as a mobile number, a general office number or a specific number of a department or agent.

Alternatively it is possible to set a SIP destination. The following format is supported: “sip:31201234567@192.168.1.51:5060” (example).
